These are very rare. I actually had a lead on a ton of new old stock copies but the deal fell through. They tend to go for no less than $30, sometimes, especially on auction sites they can get out of hand and go for upwards of $50 to $60

All those games are MMC3 or MMC3 hacked, so changing one of them for Rockman board is no problem since it's also a MMC3 game. It's just a question of mood (the mood in which the chinese pirate is when he's creating the cart, or maybe he couldn't find the Rockman 2 rom ...or couldn't hack it to MMC3 like the other guys did)

The game has already been dumped on Chinese forums. It's 2048K PRG + 512K CHR.
