Samurai Shodown on Gameboy. Charlotte, Hard difficulty, including Kuroko & Hikyaku. Didn't lose a single round. Score: 676220 (A new personal best!).

Cub Adventure (Famicom)

Well, I've beaten my first Nice Code game. This one really didn't make it hard on me, either. The entire game is just three, single-screen stages. All you do is dodge slow-moving (and completely predictable) enemies and collect items. Imagine my surprise two or three minutes into my first playthrough to be greeted with "End." I went ahead and played it a second time to be sure it wasn't a glitch; after collecting the helicopter hat to fly away from stage 3, the "End" was back again.

Sadly, this one could've been interesting if they'd put a bit more work into it...

Actraiser on the SNES. Didn't remember the final boss rush being that hard.

P

I beat Actraiser again recently too and can only agree. Especially the Minotaur was hard.

Yeah it's pretty tough, especially since your MP is limited as you don't get any back if you lose a life. Took quite a few tries to beat, but it's basically all about patterns in the end.

Snowball (Famicom)

Another short, easy Nice Code game. This one is a Sokoban clone with only five or six levels, all of which I beat on my first try. It's got a decent 8-bit rendition of "Frere Jacques" for the background music.

Street Fighter II on Gameboy. Level 5 without losing a round! Never thought I'd ever pull that off again, I did it once back in the mid 90s when I first got the game. It must be one of the hardest things I've ever managed to do. Been playing for hours and now I'm totally exhausted.

I can't find gameplay of that anywhere on YouTube, nor Cub Adventure. Perhaps you might post them up yourself??
So ends another chapter in the glorious legend of the Ninja... Until next time...

I don't think I have the equipment to do that.

I did find this video of Cub Adventure, though:

I just finish Heisei Tensai Bakabon on Game Boy. Not bad, not bad at all.

I may be the only one who finish this game in my country  ;D

BonBon

Magical pop'n for the super famicom. Been a while since I've Beaten it. Had to use a continue. Was a little disappointed in myself but over all still a good run. I was being really sloppy in the first stage. Cost me two men.

Little Ninja Brothers (NES)

Definitely a ton of fun. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes Action RPGs.

Spoiler
How did you like the fake-out glitch near the rainbow bit? That part scared the shit out of me when it happened since we hadn't written down our password to save in awhile...  :'(
