I think you need to find a hard core collector for those. Someone who needs to complete their collection.
Outside of Japan I don't know if there are many like that. Best option might be to sell it to someone in Japan.

If it were a local guy, I'd offer around $50 - $1 each on the games, and $20 - $25 for the machine (if you like Sega)

What are these worth?

Super Fighter III seems to be the very first version, as the up+start cheat is not in it and you can't pick an alternative colour for a character unless both players pick the same one.

Garou Densetsu 2 doesn't have Lawrence Blood, so it too is the first version of the game?

Getsu Fuumaden says (C) MIKOKO 1989 on the title screen. I didn't spot any other differences.

The Slotech adapter adds a red power LED and a headphonejack to a Famicom, which is pretty nice. Does anyone have any other information about this thing?

The two fighting games aren't worth that much, unfortunately.  The Cony Soft game typically sells somewhere in the $15 - $20 range, unboxed.

I don't know for sure, but I don't think the Super Fighter game is the original either.  IMO, the original version is the one that had come boxed.  Once again, I think the value for this one is gonna lie somewhere from $15 - $20.

Any idea what the original cart and box look like?

This thing has nothing to do with Sega. It's a regular 8-bit famiclone in Sega's shell. To be shure you can count the metal connectors in cartridge. Sega has 64 pins, but Famicom/Famiclone has 60.

Now... for the "price check" of my own... what should I pay for a loose copy of mildly dented cartridge of "Akumajo Densetsu"? Is 50$ a reasonable price or a ripoff?

Ketsueki

Hi there,

I just bought these and I would like to know how much do you think they worth, principally the Mario ones. They are puzzles

(It looks like this when its opened)

Thanks!  8)

They are not carts. Just jigsaw puzzles.

Not quite sure if this is on topic, but please forgive me as I don't know where else to ask this.

What is a reasonable price for a fully working PC Engine with controller and AC adapter. I'm in the market for one and if it's not too bad I might pick one up.
Here are a few games I am looking for right now
Super Puzzle Fighter II X (Sega Saturn)
GeGeGe no Kotarou (Sega Saturn)
Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu (Sega Saturn)
KiKi KaiKai (PC Engine) (CIB)
Puzzle Bobble (Super Famicom) (CIB)

In the uk about £40-50. White ones are cheaper as they need to be modded.  Bit like the old famicom. Core grafx cost a bit more as they have composite. In the uk i use a megadrive1 psu that works fine. Depends where you are. Look at ebay completed listings.

MarioMania

I get annoyed how people still call the Genesis a Sega

nerdynebraskan

I know what you mean, MarioMania. But the reality is many casual gamers will forever refer to their first NES as "the Nintendo", or their 2600 as "the Atari." Since nobody had the SMS, at least in the States, I can guarantee that 99/100 American gamers are talking Genesis when they say, "Oh, I had a Sega." At least we know what they're talking about.
