My brother actually didn't do the mod right (it's his so he did it). He just removed that gray case entirely and taped the doors to the system so that they can still open.

Well, atleast I can play Mario Story!  :D

It's a blast when you have friends to play with, especially if you have enough to do round robin type tournaments.

/\ This is fun.  We did this at my friend's house with SSBM and about 17 friends...

I won.
I like to glitch old VHS tapes and turn them into visuals for live music events. Check out what I'm working on - www.instagram.com/tylerisneat

We did it with 8. My friend Ian won, he's the best on original smash bros.

Yeah! That's all I did in middle / high school was play N64 with the split screen. Well, my friends and I would LAN too but not nearly as often as playing N64. The 64 is still played, multiplayer wise, more than any other gaming system in my house.

My friends and I play a lot of Star Fox, Beetle Adventure Racing, Battle Tanx, Conker's, that baseball game I was talking about earlier and Bomberman 64 (USA). We kind of over played Smash Bros. and Bond in H.S. to the point no one wants to play them anymore.

The only downside to split-screen multiplayer is that your effective gameplay area gets divided by 4... if you've got a small TV the screen for each player will be minuscule, and even in a decent-sized (21") TV it's not big enough to be comfortable.

I've only been able to enjoy split-screen multiplayer at its best when playing on my 100" projection screen with quality video hookups.

Or just play games where everyone's on screen.  Can anyone say "Smash Bros."?

My Smash Bros cartridge save died.

I need a new one, I'm not even going to touch the other one. It's going back in the box.

Forever.
