CIB it can be quite expensive (50-80$ on eBay), but cart only is quite cheap in Japan. The last one I saw at a store was 980 Yen and I'm sure it can be had for cheaper someplace else.

1 and 2 are usually a bit more expensive than 3-6.

I only can speak for prices in Japan, which differ wildly from time to time, but you should be prepared to pay any amount  between 15 and 40$ for 1 and 2 and around half of that for 3-6.

I bought all six for $85, so I think that says a lot. The first Rockman is the most expensive.
