All Night Nippon Mario Bros. (on a FDS copy [I'm certainly not crazy enough to buy an original  ]).  

Noticed differences that I didn't already know about:

Numerous re-located (and possibly missing) items (usually I found them elsewhere nearby if they weren't where they were supposed to be).  

Also, the hammer bros. on at least the 3 level sections of 8-3 chase Mario with a vengeance (in the original NES game, they jump up and down the levels with little movement if I recall correctly, but in ANN they run at you).

I expect those must be noted about it online, I just didn't know much about it before playing it aside from the graphics swaps and different ending, etc.
