Last Famicom game you played?

My new acquisition - Salamander. I think I'm starting to show my age, I can't beat the first stage without losing a life like an idiot, or maybe there are some differences between this and Life Force other than maximum option count, dunno.

I just played a little Hello Kitty World.

Quite an unassuming game it is. When you hear the title you might think it's just a super-easy, casual kiddie game. Once you boot it, press Start a few times and you're greeted with familiar gameplay and even more familiar music! It's a port of Balloon Kid, a fully-fledged sequel to Balloon Fight, just packed with Hello Kitty characters for whatever reason.

My new acquisition is Youkai Club , it is a kind of Castlevania-like not as good.

But is goodenough to enjoy, it's a good game

Metroid (japanese version) on a Wii U Virtual Console. I love the sound of the Famicom Disk System

As above - today I started playing Metroid FDS. I'd briefly started the NES Classics version on my GBA before, but this is going to be my first proper playthrough, on my recently acquired red & white Famicom and knockoff everdrive.

After watching some of this guy's videos, I started getting interested in Baseball Stars again.

While messing around with the MAKE TEAM option, I've always wondered why the last two logo spaces were blank. There's 7 slots for custom teams but 13 available logos to use. I guess the programmers just decided to reuse the SELECT TEAM menu for the SELECT YOUR TEAM LOGO menu so they wouldn't have to design a new one?

Anyway, I used FCEUXD's cheat search to find what happens when I select a value beyond what's available. There's nothing too notable: mismatched logo tiles for new logos, some nonexistent team colors, but the further you go, the more messed up the colors get (ie. pure black noobsaibot players, the other team's colors even getting messed up). One option even showed female portraits but had male player sprites.

But what I want to focus on is value 12: You cannot see attachments on this board. You cannot see attachments on this board.

While on outfield view, the players look like they're in tighty whities.
