I finally had my first taste of Tashiro Masashi no Princess ga Ippai last night, after watching for a copy for a couple of years. I must admit I was disappointed with the game's physics, which remind me a bit too much of Kid Kool.

MasterDisk

Played DK Jr. to record this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5cmXpm8bJdA&feature=youtu.be

Accidentally "found" this bug a while back, no mention of it on the net.

Protoman

Seikima II / Seikimatsu

Certainly a basic game with repetetive music, but it's got a certain charm and is playable.

GoodNoodle

I have a small library of games but I just played Super Mario Bros.
And I just ordered Rockman 4  ;D

53 Stations Of The Tōkaidō (東海道五十三次)

This game is really interesting because you start off as a fireworks-maker named Kantaro who apparently has come into some trouble.  You utilize fireworks that look like bombs essentially to defeat enemies.  A few of them can have a firework thrown directly at them to cause damage.  Other enemies require you to place the firework on the ground and time things just right for the enemy to encounter the explosion.

I also played Wrecking Crew today.  A favorite.

Jedi Master Baiter

Played Kid Icarus (NES version) again after the longest time (I couldn't find my passwords, so I started over).

Made it to the final stage with 5 bars of health, 3 arrows of strength, barely any hearts, and all 3 enchanted weapons. Which ending will I get? :bub:

Star Wars. Trying to decide wether or not to sell it, decided to keep it in the end but it was close. If only it had infinite continues...

ChloeTigre

I have Star Wars inserted into it right now. The spaceship sessions feel so cool! And I use the music when starting Star Wars role-playing nights. Always makes its effect :-)

ָAnd Rockman 6 of course.

Jedi Master Baiter

Hey y'all,

I'm still alive and gaming, for the old timers that might remember me. I'm working entirely too much and don't really have the time I used to have for this forum.

I commemorated the 35th Anniversary of the Famicom, and most of  my gaming time in the last two weeks more broadly, by playing through the original Fire Emblem for the first time. It's kicking my ass, but I'm enjoying it.

Finfami

Getsu Fuuma Den

The hit detection in this game is bit strange and I think overall the game is not on the same level with Castlevania in terms of level design etc. Also because I can't understand japanese those tips which are given during the gameplay are not that helpful. I played only briefly, through couple levels and took a screenshot of the password, haven't continued after that. Getsu Fuuma Den seemed like interesting Famicom exclusive game but do indeed think that atleast so far it is inferior to classic Castlevania series, not just because I can't understand those tips but the gameplay.
