I have never heard of World Market before. XD
I got it, as well as the rest of the stuff in that pic at a store in Von Maur (anyone?)  I forgot the name of the store though..it was something Entertainment.  Half the store is Japanese stuff (Anime, manga, etc.) The other half is just general movies and collectible junk.  But the only edible Japanese stuff they had was the stuff I got..and Roasted Peas 0_o

I've seen those products at Chinese grocery stores, Uwajimaya, Fubonn, and World Market, among other places. I've never bought them, though.
