I just got back from filming a few comedy skits with some friends. It was fun! It was a warm evening so it was nice. I also found out I'm getting a PS3. Well sorta. I gotta fix it, but if I can... it's mine.

So I guess you could say the last thing I did was have a pretty good day.

I took the pictures over the summer and was paid for that. Got $70 to take about 20 or so pictures!

i dropped my laptop, it was like is slow mo i couldn't catch it in time and hit the deck hard upside down, switched it back on and all seems fine for now   defo thought the screen had bit the dust but me thinks i better back everything up just in case

Bought a "junk" VCR from Hard-Off. It looked great cosmetically and came with the remote control and even the instruction manual. The description was: "Turns on. Plays tapes."
So I thought it's fine.
Turns out it's not fine. I think there's a problem with the motor. At first the tape didn't go in, only at the second try. It did play the tape without problems, but then it wouldn't eject the tape. Grinding noise, power goes off. :/
I got the tape out eventually, but those 1050 Yen it cost are gone.   (Items labeled as "junk" can't be returned either...)
Another lesson learned...

Anybody interested in a junk Japanese VCR? 

If the junk Japanese VCR is factory sealed and in mint condition. Then it would fit perfectly in my collection of mint condition factory sealed junk Japanese VCRs.
