User Retrospectives here is supposedly one of the 10 000 original winners of the game, so he might have the box. He haven't been online since last year though. I hope he comes back.

Oh, so here's a thread like this, I was just about to make a separate one. Okay, so I'd like to have the following:

-Hi-res scan of standard Famicom's cartridge back label, I'll need one for repro cartridges.
-A scan of the instruction manual for Layla, if anyone here has CIB copy of this game.

This will do, although the font and lines could be slightly thinner than on this picture. By the way what does the bottom text say? It's a bit different than on one of my original cartridges:

It says that Family Computer・Famicom is a trademark of Nintendo. Interesting since I think we established some time ago that Nintendo wasn't able to trademark "Famicom" because Sharp owned that name on their ovens (Family Convection Oven).

On Mr Splash it just says Project Efu, or Project F.

Does anyone have a scan of/can scan Higemaru Makaijima's label? Mine is pretty faded, was going to print a new one.

Google is the best first place to look and first port of call - this is a pretty decent scan - phone cameras today are so good after all:

You can look for almost any game and get good luck - just click on Image 'tools' settings and set the size to 'large':

Thanks for the response-and I did look on Google first, yeah, I just couldn't get any good results. Maybe I missed it XD
But it could also be that I was looking for pictures of just the label, off of the cartridge itself. I think this can work too, though.

No worries, the labels aren't really removable - as in they won't just peel off, so for any cart scan you're generally going to see a scanned cart.  You can get the labels off easily with alcohol type solution, but it'll wreck the label.
