Slogging my way through Esper Dream on the FDS. It's not a bad game, but it's also not great. The action stuff gets tiring after a little while. Still it's one of the better Japan exclusive RPG titles for the FDS (of course, NO RPGs were ported from the FDS to Famicom if I'm not mistaken).

Yeah, both of the Zelda games, but that's a whole can of worms right there (is it an RPG or an action-adventure?) that I didn't want to open. Beyond those two, though, I don't think a single RPG made it to the NES. And, in most cases, with good reason. XD
